These guys are AMAZING! We had a horrid experience with another shop - long story but suffice it to say we stopped in at the jewellery clinic one day and were treated like family! The helped design the most beautiful ring ever made and made it for us with such care - it’s absolutely breathtaking! We would HIGHLY recommend you visit for any and all jewellery needs! They are simply the best!!!

I needed a necklace repaired and wanted to change out a stone. The two women I spoke to were very friendly, professional, and clearly well experienced. They were able to finish working on my necklace in a timely manner, and their business also followed Covid-19 safety guidelines. When I picked up my necklace, they tested the diamond with me there to show me it was real. I had a great experience coming here for their services, and would reccomend them to anyone! If you're considering coming here, don't hesitate.

I went to the Jewellery Clinic today to have my 92 year old Dad’s favourite watch repaired. I was met by amazing staff who immediately made me feel comfortable and welcome. Not only were they able to repair the watch after other jewellers had told me they could not, they did it while I waited. I am very thankful and will most definitely be returning when I have any jewellery issues! Thank You!

I had the pleasure of bringing in my new rings to the jewellery clinic this morning and was greeted by amazing staff. explained everything to me and showed me the ring up close. answered all my questions and didnt pressure me to do anything I didnt want to do. amazing price! felt so welcomed. i cannot wait to see the finalized product tomorrow.❤ highly reccomend!

Yesterday (March 2) I brought 2 gold necklace chains in to the “Jewellery Clinic” to get repaired and I was immediately greeted by very lovely, friendly, and welcoming staff, despite this being my very first time there they made me feel like a valued long time customer, I was pleasantly surprised at how professional & courteous… they were..they explained in detail how they were going to repair my 2 gold necklaces and would be only about a 30-minite wait..and it literally was I came back approximately 30 mins later

I took my rings in to be repaired & was very pleased with my experience at the South Surrey location. The place was clean, modern & I was able to sit down & talk to the staff about my request. I had about 3 ppl take care of me & each of them were personable & friendly. The best part was they quoted me a very reasonable price! I was told my rings would be ready in about week & they were exactly. This will now be my "go to" place for jewellry repair!

The Jewellery Clinic has been my jeweller of choice ever since they saved my wedding a year and a half ago. Long story short, they have gone above and beyond in service, professionalism, and quality of work to provide a gorgeous ring hours before my wedding day, and I've been coming here for all my jewellery needs ever since. I appreciate their patience and I never feel rushed when I'm in the store. They take time to explain and educate and it truly seems like they enjoy their work and interacting with their customers. Have had several things done here, including resizing my engagement ring (more than a couple of times) and putting a loose gemstone on my original engagement band. Their prices are reasonable and staff are very personable. They are welcoming to everyone - all walks of life. There is no one else I trust my jewellery with other than these guys!

Amazing place. I lost my stone in my wedding ring and was very impressed with the service. They found a diamond of the same quality and charged a reasonable price. My ring looked better after I picked it up. I did not know the ring was supposed to be checked on a regular basis. They cleaned it and added new claws. Definitely a place that takes care of their customer.

Before discovering the Jewellery Clinic, I had called around to a few different jewellery stores for quotes. They were charging at least 2-3 times what I ended up paying at the Jewellery Clinic, plus they wanted to ship my ring offsite (likely to the Jewellery Clinic) and it would take at least a week.
When I called the Jewellery Clinic, I was warmly greeted by the owner who scheduled my appointment the next day as requested.

I took my wedding ring in to be repaired because it was close to falling apart and losing the centre stone. After 20 years of wearing the ring every day, what can one expect? The lady that helped me was amazing. She made sure to check that my diamond was real which she also did when I picked it up to ensure I received the same diamond. My ring went under the microscope and she showed me all the cracks and unstable areas that needed to be repaired. She quoted me at $108 to fix it and I was pleasantly surprised at the price. I checked their review before going and I must say, I was not disappointed. They were very professional and friendly. I was planning to visit a jeweller in Vancouver but I am very glad I didn't. First time I had a ring resized and they did an amazing job. I inspected the ring and couldn't find any signs of soldering or nothing. Highly, highly recommend them. Cheers!

Took my pendant in, and the gentleman at the front counter was very professional. The pricing is reasonable, and the clinic is very clean, and well lit. As somebody who has had a fair bit of custom jewelry made, I am quite discerning and had no qualms at all about having the team work on it. I will update the review when I pick up my piece. 5 stars so far.
