Hi my name is Kevin Moon, and I have been shopping for liability insurance for the last few days. What I found is how unresponsive the help from other companies was. It was largely leave a message and or a sales team member will call you back, one company never even called me back and of course, as well, I was was shopping for a good price and one company sounded close to reasonable but I was ready to get around 4 quotes.

Ryan M, the representative I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and helped to answer all of my questions quickly and effectively as I have limited time for phone calls. This company is very underhanded. My already high rate has been hiked up another $60+ without any notification. I felt like I've been stolen from. I was told by a rep that because you had higher payouts last year this the only reason. I am a good driver with no accidents or never made a claim. I will never recommend this company. I need this fixed
