Annie was absolutely amazing! I went and received a manicure last Saturday but the following week the shellac had already started to chip. In all fairness I did choose a complex design and it was hard to do with the dippinbg method. I called them and they told me to come back and they would fix it for me free of charge. I went back and the technician did a phenomenal job! I would definitely recommend this salon.

I'm traveling for business and had an evening off so I decided to get my nails done. I just looked up nail salons nearby and decided to give APlus a call. They accommodated my schedule and got me in.
Vivian did an excellent job on my full set of nails using dip powder. She was gentle on my soft nail beds and the finished edges are soft and subtle. She's fantastic.

I've been doing my nails with A-Plus for the longest while (close to two years now) and realized I've never put in a review!
I have had great results with ALL of their staff. I'm not too choosy when I book appointments cause all of their nail technicians are great at what they do! Posted some pictures that I could find but their technique using the dipping powder is one that gives them that advantage. It's healthier for your nails and I've seen great improvements to my naturally thin nails.

My experience at this salon was half good and half not so good! As a new customer I definitely felt welcomed and helped within barely a two minute wait. The staff is lovely and they really make all their clients feel like close friends. However, having went in to get a specific service done, I was quickly convinced that I need to get something else because it was cheaper and very popular. In this case although the notion of saving me money was very appreciated, I was not happy with my result or the allergic reaction I got the night after gettin my nails done. Being honest the service was horrible. The dirt and gel polish under my nails. I have blue nail polish all over my hands. But what's worse is that my right hand gel polish is all bumby and wavy. Service was cold and scariest thing they do not sanitize their tools properly! No hot towels of course either. My cuticle are all dried up and look like I was eating them.

Terrible experience. I can paint my nails the same way while painting with my non dominant hand. And they charge me money for it too! Never come here if quality and service matters to you.
They don’t have enough manicure stations and one person was getting a manicure while sitting in a pedicure chair with her shoes in the tub. I don’t know what else to say.

I was not impressed with this place. My first time and my last. I usually do nail dipping and hadn't had my nails done in a month. They seemed to rush everything not sure if they don't have enough staff for the volume on a Saturday or someone was sick but I did make an appointment. So the lady was about to put dip on and I asked if she was going to soak or do my cuticles she was like no you don't need it I advised it had been a month she still said no.
