She was able to offer and explain concrete techniques that are proven and based in science. She offered material that I was able to use in my everyday life . Jeanette is amazing and so mindful. She is one of very few counsellors I have found who has actually been able to help me and handle my difficult background. The atmosphere is also very calming and comforting! They seem to have a wonderful and very skilled team!
