You won't find anything in the shop that doesn't meet the high standards we set for ourselves. Naturally raised with no antibiotics or hormones, free range, pastured and fed a biologically appropriate diet. We're happy to help you learn where and how your meat gets here. Whole animal butchery means nothing is wasted.

I've been coming to this butcher about once per week for 2+ years.
- The place is immaculate: clean, tidy, smells clean, absolutely spotless.
- Amazing service: friendly, knowledgeable
- Great selection of non-meat things, including tasty meat pies and sauces.

Sausages are my favourite. I love the variety, the unique flavours, and the high quality. The butchers are experienced and will get you the exact cut, size and preparation you are looking for. Worth the money.

They opened at 11 and there was already a loooooong line up even before that. Took over an hour in line to finally get some prime ribs. Maybe it’s only this busy during holidays season. They have a great selection of meat and sausages. Everything is expensive than I expected but hopefully worth it.

If you want quality and amazing service this is the place to buy your meat and condiments. We had 30 day dry Rib Eyes for NYE and they melted in your mouth. Made a mushroom and red wine reduction sauce 😋
