I acknowledge that I live and work on the unceded ancestral homelands of the xmkwym (Musqueam), Skwxw7mesh (Squamish), and Sllwta/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh). By acknowledging these territories, I also acknowledge my responsibility to centre and support Indigenous sovereignty. I practice body psychotherapy in what is known as the city of Vancouver, BC.
I support individuals, couples and families to resolve early wounds and more recent traumatic events or losses. I am resilience-focussed in my approach to working through trauma which inevitably breaks fundamental connections to self and/or other in order to survive. Sometimes, we are all too aware of these breaks in connection and sometimes we are not aware at all of the impact.
