Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Acupuncture is a complete system of healing that developed in China about 3,000 years ago, and has changed very little over the centuries. It's based on the idea that laws of nature can be used to understand the inner workings of the body. Imbalance between any of the organs can cause a blockage in the flow of your chi or vital energy traveling through your body along invisible pathways known as meridian.
Lymphatic Drainage Therapy (LDT) is a gentle and non-invasive treatment. Anyone can receive LDT and see many benefits. The main system that this affected is the immune system. Some of the more common conditions that can benefit are congestion, swelling, inflammation, infections, autoimmune diseases and nerve pain.
Reflexology involves the manipulation of defined pressure points on the feet, hands, lower legs, face or ears. The theory is that these pressure points correspond to various areas of the body and that the application of pressure on these specific points can help to alleviate illness, encourage healing and release tension by working on lines of energy.
I then continued my education by taking level 1 Thai massage in Calgary and traveled to Thailand to finish up level 2. In 2003, I opened up Target Health and we have been operating ever since. In 2014 I upgraded to 2200 hours Orthopedic Massage. I have a deep passion in massage therapy and have had great success in helping many clients through the years.

I have been going to Dino for 20 years now for Massages, no one compares!
He is AMAZING, Its hard to find someone who does deep tissue massages. Dino finds ALL the. knots in my back and shoulders, I always leave feeling totally relaxed!

I have had multiple massages in different cities in Canada but i was never fully satisfied with the service because i am very bony and the amount of pressure Massage therapists applied used to hurt by body. But when I got my massage done by Mihaela, she adjusted her pressure according to my body type and it was the best massage i have ever had. She was amazing and I will recommend her to anyone looking for a relaxing massage.

I had the best therapeutic massage today at this clinic. Justyna was amazing and was incredibly thorough at finding every little knot in underlying muscles i didn’t even realize I had! She is truly gifted, very caring, and the fact that she loves what she does comes shining through in her practice. Absolutely loved my experience and the amazing techniques used at this clinic!

The first time I came I told Dino I was experiencing restless leg sydrome, lower back pain and neck pain.
I had been to other masseuse, but they were unable to help me.
Dino is the only masseuse that brought me relief. After the first session I did not experience any issues after that.

Target Health is absolutely amazing! They are so accommodating, welcoming and they continue to provide the highest level of care. Dino is by far the best RMT I have ever met. I was referred by my mom, and I am so thankful for her referral. I leave every massage feeling so relaxed and taken care of. I got a massage from massage therapist Andrew Walker and really enjoyed the experience. I sit at a desk all day so I can be very stiff in my back and hips. Once leaving from the massage I felt relaxed and my muscles felt so much better. He is a true professional who knows how to cater towards his clients needs. I will definitely be returning!

Justyna has been my massage therapist for a few years now. She is extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. I am a dental hygienist and I get a lot of repetitive strain injuries to my neck, shoulder and even hips. I know that Justyna will 'fix me' when I'm in pain but I also go to see her for a regular massage to release tension in my body. She looked after me when I was pregnant and thanks to her I was able to work full time till end of my pregnancy! She is truly the best! I highly recommend her!

Whenever I come home to Calgary, the only person I look more forward to seeing than my parents is Dino. This guy is unbelievable; even with a thesaurus I don't have the vocabulary to describe how good he is. If I could move one thing from Calgary to wherever I might call home, it'd be him, hands down (sorry, mom and dad!). Every time I get a massage from someone else, I wish it was from Dino instead; that's how good he and the others at Target Health are. I would recommend Target Health to everyone before sending them anywhere else. Dino is amazing. I've had many treatments from Dino over the years with lasting results. He really gets into those tights muscles and he is very professional. I have had massage from other therapists elsewhere but by the time I would drive home my muscles were tight again. This is not the case with Dino. He is so good at his profession. I have also had acupuncture from Tina and she is one of the best as well. Both are very affordable and accommodating.

I had a coupon I bought online, it was for two separate massages. This place used to be located by the Gold's Gym in Northland Mall. When I phoned to book the appointment for my massage, they told me they had relocated to Bowness. No problem. I arrive at the location, from the outside its in a rickety old strip mall, no big deal. I go inside. Basically right in front of the door is a desk and a tiny waiting area. I am greeted by the receptionist and a man standing beside the desk. He is wearing all black covered in lint and hairs, he is not, shall we say, well-groomed and professional
