I was totally unimpressed with the sales person that I dealt with here. His name was Dave Faithfull, allegedly he is their top sales person and I’m not surprised if this is how pushy he is with people… I would not recommend a Island Ford to anybody… They did not listen to what I wanted to buy, he tried to sell me on a truck I didn’t want, he tried to Lowball my 2019 trade-in, he tried to rush me for a deposit on the truck I didn’t want, then when I called him out on bad sales practises they priced me out of the deal…

I just purchased a 2017 f250 from Carson and it was great experience. Carson is highly professional and willing to go above and beyond to help the customer. David Faithful is a fabulous salesman. I contacted the dealership about a used Ford F150 on May long weekend. We lucked out on the texting a salesman on a day off. I was looking for a Ford F150 that was used… that we saw on the Island Ford site however I had some particular preferences based on my families experience. Dave help me figure out what was the best fit for our family. All of the dealerships were closed that day which was unfortunate because we were excited about looking at some vehicles. Booked an appointment and drove for an hour just to watch the car we were going to test drive being driven off the lot. It would have been nice to know they sold it before we made the trip. They offered to pay for our gas but then didn't have a gas gift card so we would have had to wait another 15 min for the salesman to go to the gas station and get one.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Eli and the sales managers Ryan and Don along with Chris, the finance manager, were nothing short of outstanding. From the outset Eli worked to find a way to get my business and partnered with Ryan, the sales manager, to convince me they would make it worth my while going to Duncan to buy the car from them.
