AB Appraisal Services Inc. was founded in 1998 and is owned and operated by Alan Brown, CRA. and Lisa Hensen, DAR Reviewer. Alan began in the real estate business as a Real Estate Broker in 1973, and obtained his CRA in 1991. Lisa Hensen obtained her DAR in 2012 and became a Real Estate Broker in 2012.
In 1998, AB Appraisal Services Inc. was incorporated, starting with the office in Hamilton. As the business grew, they expanded into the whole Niagara Region. Later, they expanded to Brantford/ Haldimand regions. The team consists of 9 certified / candidate Appraisers, as well as the administrative staff.
