Your gateway to the best freshwater cruising grounds in the world, is a family-oriented Lake Simcoe marina, delivering a safe, secure and clean environment for all to enjoy. Catering to your every boating need, our 300 covered slips accommodate boats from 20' to 60' - equipped with electricity, treated drinking water, cable TV and wi-fi internet.
Nestled in the northwest corner of Cooks Bay, just a few minutes south of Lefroy Harbour Resorts, Kon Tiki is renowned for its comfortable family atmosphere and harmonious community of some of the greatest powerboaters, sailors, and pontooners in the world.
With ample parking and secure access, here you'll find a selection of more than 187 slips (some covered), accommodating boats up to 46', equipped with electricity, town water and wi-fi internet.Spacious heated washrooms complete with shower facilities are cleaned daily, large docks and lighted walkways are standard throughout, and waste and recycling drop-offs and pumpout are available onsite.

Need somewhere to store your boat? Well we've got you "covered"! Our covered slip dockage customers can leave their boat in their slip all year round, as we raise the boat in the slip for the winter months. Alternatively, our fenced and security monitored storage compounds include two buildings with over 20,000sf. of inside heated storage, in addition to an abundance of outside storage space to accommodate all of your storage needs.
Enjoy the benefit of onsite gas and diesel fuel, and stock up for the day with ice cream, cold drinks, ice and treats for the kids before you head out. Use recommended toilet bowl cleaners (harsh cleaners break down seals in your plumbing and cause leaks). Avoid products such as papertowels, feminine products, and Q-tips, that aren't easily broken down by toilet chemicals and clog pumping systems.
Relax with a soothing dip in our luxurious, heated saltwater pool at Lefroy Harbour Resorts, complete with large sundeck and lounge chairs. In addition to constant automatic replenishment of chlorine levels - resulting in continuous disinfection - in our new salt-metred pool you will notice increased buoyancy while swimming, softer feeling hair and skin, and no irritation to eyes, skin or lungs as sometimes experienced in a regular pool!
