The owner and staff are polite and professional. The cars are always clean. I always feel safe and comfortable in Okotoks Taxi. I am a single mother with 3 kids so that really matters to me. I moved here two years ago and now only take this company!

TL;DR They caused me to miss a medical appointment by showing up 20 minutes late
I called them at 3:00 and they told me it would be 25 min. A bit ridiculous, but I needed to make this appointment, even if I was a little late. They called me at 3:20 saying that the driver would be 5-10 min. late. The cab arived at 3:45.
I don't know if their is a problem of communication between the dispatch and the drivers but I will not be using this service again. I will be warning others to avoid this service.

I was first told that there wasn't a way to pick me up from De Winton and take me into Okotoks. I was told no services were available, but upon pleading with the operator, I was told "maybe a 20-25 minute wait" and I was put in hold with no additional information. I waited between 5-10 minutes on hold until I phoned back, was placed on hold right away, I phoned back again, and got an answer from the same operator.
After a bit of a lengthy discussion, service was dispatched, and an approximate wait of 10 minutes was given. Our taxi showed up within that 10 minute window.
