Just wanted to say that my drive to the airport this morning was great, although I didn't catch the drivers name. My scheduled pick up was on time and the driver was very courteous. The cab smelled nice and he had soothing classical music on. The trip was smooth and he made my morning a bit easier and less stressful.

Very poor service, the cab driver took me out of my way and didn't appear to know where he was going. Started the clock as I opened the door,; clock was going while he asked my destination and entered it into his GPS - It cost $5 dollars before I left the parking lot. Also, I had to tell him to turn off the clock when we arrived at the destination. Fare ended up costing me $10 more than it usually does. I am definately going to avoid Delta cabs in future.

These guys are lifesavers! We were stranded at the store with a bunch of groceries and nobody could give us a ride, we thought we were going to be stuck there all night, first we called Checkers Cabs and they kept saying they were coming and they didn't forget about us, three hours later they STILL did not show up! They kept hanging up on us and… putting us on hold, and did not even let us know that they weren't coming! So then we called Delta, they were there nice and quick! AND the driver was super friendly! They showed up even though it was late, when they say they'll be there they'll

Fantastic company , collected out Student Daughter (English) from the airport - gave us the drivers name and Car Number - dropped her at her accommodation . Was very pleasant and chatty with her- made her feel very at ease. A great start to her international University experience. Would Highly recommend 👍

A trip that normally costs $10.00 with Associated or Checker, and even less with Calgary Cab, cost me $12.20 with Delta. You are a company to be avoided like a plague. RIP OFF I will stick with Roger Richard and Kurt Enders. Their fleet meters start at $3.20, not $3.80, and the fare does not chalk up $$ as quickly as yours.

Awful customer service. We called for a cab and had been waiting for 30 min when we got a call from our driver asking if we were still waiting for a cab. We said yes, but he told us didn't want to "waste his time" and drive out to pick us up if we had called other cabs. We said we hadn't called another cab, but still asked me three times to confirm. 15 minutes later we got an automated call saying our cab had arrived. We were walking to the cab when I got another phone call from the driver. I didn't pick up (because we were walking), but he left a message which I listened

Terrible. Ordered a cab to get to the airport. We were told 10 minutes. 15 minutes later I called to get an update, two blocks away they said. Another 5 minute passes, nothing, call back. Oh oops "something" happened they had to dispatch another cab. I ended up cancelling all together. This is exactly why other cities welcome uber!

We were stranded during the floods and had to call a cab so we could evacuate our apartment building. Unfortunately we called delta.
We were assured we'd get a pet friendly car, but when ours arrived he yelled "no dogs" across the street. We told the driver we were being evacuated and he gave us the finger, drove off and told us to "let our mongrel drown".
So we call them back. They couldn't find the driver but would send us another cab.
An hour goes by, no cab. We call again, we're told that it's mandatory for all cabs

Thank you for stopping and letting me in to your cab, last night, even though you already had a fare. You were taking two girls to Cowboys at around 12:15 last night on 11th Ave and 6th St SW, and I had just been attacked and was running back to the bar I came out of. You probably saved my life.
Thank you to those two girls who let me in to their cab and offered to let me come to Cowboys with them in case I didn't have anyone at home to go to.
