He's rude. The app says he'll be in 4 minutes but my wife waited for more than 15 minutes as I can see on the app he's not moving. So I called him if where is he. He answered he'll be in 4 minutes. So he was just starting to go on the pick up point. When he arrived, he didn't know where's the drop point location is and almost break his screen trying to know where it is. He also drives so fast! Its not safe and very dangerous. I hope this would address my concern.

I just called to have a pet friendly cab sent to me - it’s Christmas day — we were told 15 to 20 minutes. Called back 25 minutes later and the lady said she doesn’t even have a car lined up for us. She should have told us that when we booked the taxi originally instead of having us just sit here for 20 minutes waiting. So unprofessional and rude. Do not give a wait time until you have contacted a vehicle.

The 1st driver was nice and took me the shortest way to where I needed to go. With crazy airport charges (you pay more for airport pickup) it was cheaper than the way back. I have a habit to use Google maps as I'm in New place. The 2nd driver took advantage of me and went longer way, including going where it was announced on the radio there was car accident. When confronted he said he didn't listen but went the other direction. His first 5minutes he went in completely wrong direction. 2nd driver changed behavior as I told him I'm using Google maps

Today I took a cap because my car was at the mechanic, the driver was a nice guy, but when I arrived at the mechanic I used my debit card to pay for the fare, the debit machine keeps disconnecting and displaying error connection even though it accepted my pin?!! So he called the customer service for help, but she kept saying to the driver "Does he have enough funds".
So I had to borrow money from the mechanic (fortunately he knows me).
That was the worst experience I ever had with a taxi... never will use them again.

Highly disappointed with our booked airport pickup. Driver drove to the wrong door. We caught up with him and another guy was trying to take our cab (cab number matched the text, same guy as had dropped up off a few days before). He claimed we had the wrong cab. He drove away and I got a notification that our cab ride was cancelled.

Critical: Professionalism
The driver pulled a quick one on me and added $6 dollars to my ride. I didn't pay too much attention as I told him I'd put down a $5 tip and I was late. If still have the receipt and the vehicle ID, which I might just post later to warn other riders of that certain drivers.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Value
The driver arrived on time for my scheduled time call and the app to track the drivers distance away was very easy to use and efficient. Driver was very professional, positive and friendly. And to add an extra bonus of the positive experience, he was a genuinely good driver... which is rare these days. Lol.
