Great service. Accommodated me after I completely forgot about my appointment due to a v busy week - much appreciated! My car was tidy and clean when I picked up and the windshield looks great. Lifetime guarantee on it as long as I own it which was a nice bonus. Not sure if that's standard with most places - don't get a windshield replaced very often. Would recommend to a friend.

Fast service and fair prices. I called 6 shops and this one got me in the soonest and had my window replaced within 2 hours. Last time somebody replaced my window, they broke my door so that it wouldn't open and the motor for the automatic window wouldn't work.They were still able to get the window In and put in extra work to install it as well as fix my door. Hopefully I don't get my window smashed again but if I do, I know where to go.

Every other place I called made a windshield replacement seem like a complicated thing.. They wanted an appointment for photos, VIN#, then finally an appointment a week later. SRA Glass is a one man shop with the owner who's been doing this for 25 years. He cares. And it's simple.. just needed the make and year of car, he had the windshield in 1 day later. Done, simple. Quality work.

I wish there were more business owners like Sam. We went off his excellent ratings and reviews and were not disappointed. We had a crack in our windshield and dropped in to see Sam at 9am, thinking we'd have to book in weeks later to have it replaced. He phoned me back 5 minutes later asking if I could leave it with him that day. 6 hours later, new windshield and he kindly hoovered the front of the car for us. He was quick, explained the process, and even provided a recommendation to fix another issue with a deep scratch on the car.

My family and I had just purchased a $55k Audi Q5 and within 4 days of owning this amazing vehicle we get a massive stone chip in the windshield from a gravel truck on the highway.

My poor car was broken into yesterday, welcome to Vancouver! After I was through with all the cussing and fussing, I got on Yelp and started looking for a place to do the replacement.
Among the places I contacted for quotes was SRA. The owner quoted me significantly less than the other places, so my choice was made, and I was to drop my car off at 1:30.
We showed up a few minutes early, and after doing a few trips around the block to find parking (there's a serious lack of space there, considering the need to provide space for vehicles) we pulled right into the bay off Espalande.
