Paterson Group completed a comprehensive geotechnical investigation to provide foundation design and construction precaution recommendations. The foundation design took into consideration existing fill materials throughout site and high groundwater conditions.
The project included completing functional foundation designs for proposed buildings and the reuse of existing fill materials within the site for landscaping features, such as soil berms within the urban park area, to reduce soil disposal volumes at a registered landfill site.Paterson also performed materials testing and building envelope inspections.
