I was a small town girl, who married a city boy and moved to Ottawa. When I was 19 I graduated from a floral design school in Toronto. My design credentials include designing for various flower shops across Ontario and the US for 3 decades. After raising 3 boys I decided to take the plunge and own my own business.

Local deliveries, within our neighborhood are delivered by our own drivers. We do work with a delivery service for the rest of the Ottawa area. Just wanted to say a big thank you to In Bloom for their fantastic service this week. I ordered a designer’s choice to be delivered for a family occasion and they couldn’t have been more helpful or responsive about it, no mean feat as I’m overseas. First time dealing with this Kanata florist shop. Lee was very kind on the telephone & helped me with a beautiful arrangement for my step-daughters birthday! I didn't see the arrangement personally, but heard that it was lovely and delivery was very fast! Big Thank you out to Dalia for facilitating my request as well! very accommodating.

The Staff at In Bloom did a extremely exceptional job arranging a beautiful boutique of flowers for us. The staff (Lee) was professional, kind an courteous explaining the delivery services available. In Bloom is an excellent florist. I have used them a number of times and have been exceedingly pleased with the quality and design of their arrangements. They listen carefully to preferences and carry out instructions to the letter. Last December I ordered flowers for a friend and they couldn't be at home on the designated day so stopped by and picked them up-the florist called me to advise the delivery charge had been refunded to my credit card. Love the scrupulous honesty. Give them your next order, you'll be glad you did!
