Thomas Chan has been a Chartered Accountant since 1986 and has practised exclusively in Victoria from the start of his career in 1981. Thomas began working with the international firm Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, moving on to establish a partnership Chan & Wong in 1991, to his present firm, Chan & Associates, Chartered Professional Accountants, in 2008.
