When we went to the store and met Carissah we knew it was where we wanted to buy. Carissah was friendly, kind, professional and very knowledgeable. After a few visits and looking at a number of choices we decided on a fantastic sectional. Post purchase Carissah kept us in the loops regarding delivery and made sure everything was to our satisfaction.

Services
The concept for revolve furnishings developed in the spring of 2003. While managing a local furniture retailer, our founder discovered a gap between what customers wanted and what they could find on the market. It seemed that many clients were bored, uninspired and frustrated with the selection of boring traditional furniture offered by the current mix of furniture stores.
Walk into the revolve showroom and feel the difference. We are not pretentious like a boutique store, nor are we aggressive like a big-box discounter. Our goal is to treat you the way we want to be treated, with respect and care to your unique design needs. And, as a result, Albertans have nominated us their top choice furniture store 2021 for 8 years in a row!

We bought a very expensive couch from Revolve and within a year one of the seat cushions had complete sunk. We contacted Revolve who said they would contact the manufacturer and get a new cushion. It's been almost a year and we're still waiting on a resolution. I've asked the manager to call me...nothing. I guess they really don't care about customer service just SALES! I've very disappointed, I thought they sold quality products. I would think twice about shopping here.

I regret buying furniture from this company. Their customer service is terrible. We bought a coffee table 3 months ago (June 2021). When we bought it, we were told by the sales person, Semyon Voyevoda, that the item was in stock and it was only going to take 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, we got an automated email saying that the item was going to arrive in October (4 months after purchased). We were not happy about this but when we called Semyon, he said that he got confused with the system and thought the item was in stock. Clearly a lie so he could make the sale. We decided to wait the 4 months and

I regret furnishing my entire home from this company, the lack of customer service and professionalism I received was utterly shameful. Staff is unwilling to find reasonable solutions to order errors and assembly issues. Their customer service is rude and dishonest. If you receive products with any issues at all your dealings with this company will be brutally painful, and experience I will not relive.

We have been loyal customers of Revolve for years, since we purchased our first home over 10 years ago. We've had decent customer service, been happy with the pricing and long-lasting quality of furniture, and had some great input from designers.
However, our recent purchase was quite the opposite. We purchased a chair to match our existing one, which was on clearance because the line is now discontinued (that's what we were told anyway). After bringing the chair home, we immediately noticed one of the metal legs is bent, and there is a large dent around the welded frame. The structural integrity

Verry happy with my new purchase - sofa bed, in my small room in condo. Was looking for the sofa-bed for half a year and as soon as I saw it in Revolve, I knew - that the one! Semyon helped me to choose size and showed me different desings. It was promised to be delivered by the end of May, and here it is! Pros: good customer service, items I bought are nice
Cons: a number of delivery issues - broken parts, damaged bed, delivery quality (first contractors seemed clueless on putting together bed and ended up breaking parts) and time to deliver items (took 6 months for nightstands to be delivered)
Can't provide a positive review with all the issues and the time it took to get the items. Likely will not ship from Revolve again.

Worst customer service! Ordered furniture with help over the phone because I live out of town. Furniture arrived and the material was horrible and not what I asked for. Had to pay $400 to send it back for a voucher in return (no money back which wasn’t explained to me upfront because it was a rushed sale over the phone). The furniture was sent back December 16. Since they received their furniture and won’t give me my money back I’m having a hard time to get the great customer they once gave when they didn’t have my money yet. I have to call daily to get through to the manager, Stephanie

Responsive and helpful staff and a beautiful collection. My husband and I purchased/ordered a few items and had to work with the customer support team to get couple of issues sorted. They continued to support us to ensure all pieces are intact and we are satisfied with our purchases. We'd specially like to thank Louisa for her great attitude!
