We have been in business for over 15 years, and are bringing in more and more new products as the years go on.

All purchases from Inspire Living, Modern Home Decor are final sale only. Any refunds accepted by special request only will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for returning item(s) in original packaging. Items must be returned to the warehouse within 7 days of return approval.
Services
Inspire Living provides a 1-year warranty on manufacturer defects on your purchased furniture items. To inquire, call 1-888-965-5549 or email import@inspireliving.ca with pictures, invoice number, and description of damage of item(s) within the 1-year warranty period.

If, after inspection by Inspire Living and associated factories, defective components or workmanship are found in the construction of the item, the item will be repaired or replaced at no charge.Inspire Living does not make house calls to inspect damages. All buyers will be responsible for shipping costs back to store if applicable.
Furniture made of solid wood has many esthetic and performance related benefits, which need to be maintained with proper care. Please notice, that cold and dry winter climate together with the heating indoors creates a very dry environment, which can be unhealthy to people as well as the furniture of the house.
InspireLiving is a wholesaler of Modern Furniture, Show home Furniture, and other home decor items. We are dedicated to finding you the best price on all of these items, and to reduce cost, we do not staff many warehouse workers, or delivery personnel. We do have preferred third party vendors who you may contact directly to get preferred rates for delivery from the InspireLiving warehouse.

Bought an oversized chair and within a week, the zipper on the cushion was broken. I reached out several times to have it fixed and was told a new cover would come via delivery. No cover ever came and no other arrangements were made to have the chair fixed. Disappointed in the lack of customer service

Awful company that shouldn't sell furniture. Their return policy is impossible to apply for a sizable item. I wanted to return a dining table that looks so bad in real life compared to the photos on their website. Was told to pay 20% restocking fee and have to figure out a shipping and packaging service to send the item back to them. This would cost more than the table itself. If you are going to sell furniture you should have a way to allow the customer to return the item in case their expectations weren't met.

Saw a beautiful clock on their website, ordered it in August. In order to get free shipping I added a $40 throw to my order. Each month I would be given a new delivery date for the following month. The clock arrived at the end of November and was very nice. The throw did not come. I was given new delivery dates each time I inquired, finally I told them to cancel the throw order as I didn't think it reasonable to wait 6 months for a throw. That was Feb 9, still no refund on my CC. I've never had a refund take more than 3 days. Not sure why this is taking much longer. I appreciate that CoVid is interrupting

Not sure what type of business this is. I ordered table from their website back in November. First they told me it won't be here until January, then I got an email in December saying my order won't be here until March (that's 5 month!!!) I emailed them back to cancel the order - no reply for a week. Had to call multiple times to cancel the order, difficult to get a hold of staff - they say they'll call me back, never do.
Still waiting for my refund.
Horrible customer service, I would not order anything else from them.
Update: I spoke to Linda, last week, she said she will cancel my order and

Was really excited about looking at a couch there, but was disappointed. I got to the little store front and the women working just sat there talking on the phone, and didn't acknowledge I was sitting in front of her. Even after she got off the phone, she tells me to hang on while she does something else.
I get the concept behind wholesalers but they didn't even have a sample of the material that the couch would come in, and had nothing we could sit on to compare how the quality or comfort of the couch would be. Then kept showing me other couches that weren't anything that I was looking for or
