Store hours are Monday to Friday 11am to 6pm, Saturday 11am to 5:30pm, Sundays from 12pm to 5pm & closed on holidays. At this time, we welcome you into our showroom. While masks are not mandatory, it is encouraged. If you feel more comfortable shopping from home, we still offer virtual meetings, will take phones calls & reply to emails.

Always friendly and amazing service. I have shopped here over the last few years for accent pieces, plants and furniture. The team has been super helpful with custom orders and helping us find the right pieces. Also if you're looking for plants or flowers they have a great selection. They had many more pots and planters than the greenhouse did and very reasonable pricing. They will even pot your plants so way less headache and effort. We will definitely continue to shop here.

Recently just received a couch I ordered through metro. The customer service I received was phenomenal. The staff at metro was excited to help every step of the way, through making sure the couch would be the right fit and colour for the apartment, to making sure it was delivered with as little hassle as possible (during the covid-19 virus). I have highly recommended this store to everyone I could, due to wonderful staff and the fact that everything is Calgary based. 5/5 stars, looking for reasons to get more furniture and accessories so I can go there again.

Very nice store with contemporary furniture. We did purchase a shelf from here several years ago and haven't been back until recently. Same great service and it seems like they do keep up with the times with new modern pieces. Great example of consistent and excellent customer service.

I had such a lovely experience at modern element. It sells both furniture and greenery. I bought a plant, which the owner of the store carefully potted in a new pot for me. They were gracious with their time and did not rush us out even the store had closed. The furniture is gorgeous- midcentury modern pieces that can be customized. Will be buying all of my plants and flowers from here in the future. Reasonable prices as well!

The sales staff offer huge product knowledge in a non sales pressure environment, they are totally client orientated in terms of customer satisfaction. I've purchased quite a few furniture pieces from Metro Element through the years and have been very happy. Great sales staff with great design ideas.
I've shopped around unsuccessfully trying to find a sectional that would fit my living room. The room is long making the typical sectionals/sofas unsuited. Metro Element was able to custom size a sectional perfect for my space.
My most recent purchase with them was Huppe bedroom furniture. It all looks great. Best of all, these furniture pieces are all Canadian made and arrived just as I expected.

Revision: after discussing our issue with the manager and owner, they came to our house to assemble our dining room table and gave us a store credit to compensate for the lengthy delay in receiving our furniture. In the end, we were satisfied with how they dealt with our complaint. The staff were especially patient and courteous. We are very happy with the furniture we bought in the store.
I was not expecting the extremely poor customer service after spending significant money on a dining room table. Delivery is taking over 3 months, and very little attempt was made at compensation. I do NOT recommend

Custom ordered a Sofa and Chair and it arrived on time just before Christmas! Workmanship is really good. These guys know what they are doing as they custom size to the inch. They space planned my room and it looks great. I am so happy with my purchase. Love this place! Highly Recommend!
