I had seen Dr. Mark Jamieson about 3 months ago. I didn't think it was urgent as I had some floaters. After talking with his staff they fit me in quickly.
The Dr took extra time in examining my eye and I could tell he was doing extra steps. He explained to me how my retina needed attention immediately. I was rushed to surgery within 48 hours. The surgeon said I could have lost the vision in my eye within 48 hours if it wasn't diagnosed.
So I like to thank Dr. Jamieson for doing such a great job and literally saving my sight.
Note I had been at another eye Dr 3 weeks earlier for a vision with

Waited at the door for 20 min with no help sat down and wouldn't help me. Have used them in the past will not recommend or use again unfortunate due to the previous experience was really great.
Dealt with Dr. Jamieson this morning, understood the frustration from a few weeks ago fanatsic customer service and very professional quick turn around. Order my glasses with a high level of professionalism.

This is my third experience with Town Optical and I have been very satisfied with all! I've seen both Dr. Sayer and Dr. Jamieson and they are both extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. The lady who helped me select my glasses was so sweet and she actually picked out the ones I ended up getting! Good taste!!! Andrew was hilarious to deal with and makes the process tons of fun and humorous all while delivering great service. Thanks to the team at Town Optical! Now my eyes are happy and I'm happy.

While looking for frames, I decided to check Town Optical. I was so glad I did. While the frame I was eyeing at my Optometrist office was not stocked at Town Optical, they were ordered for me and competitively priced. With a high index prescription I am always concerned regarding the thickness of my lens. The staff, in particular Andrew, made sure not only my prescription was correct by having a consultation with the Optometrist, he also ensured my lenses were of the highest quality available. I am extremely happy with his expertise and recommendations. Thank you Andrew!

I have been a patient at Town Optical for the past few years. From the time you walk into Town Optical you are greeted by friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff. Dr. Jamieson is very professional and dedicated to his patients needs. Along with providing exceptional eye care and advanced testing equipment, he takes his time to explain in detail your exam results. The prices are very reasonable and has a wide range of frames. The staff take the extra care to ensure that you get the right glasses for your needs and have helped me out whenever I have required any repairs.
They also have a fantastic Optometrist and offer a full set of services.
More recently Dr. Mark Jamieson diagnosed a cataract, and he has been very supportive throughout the process. Taking some extra time and going the extra mile to ensure I get the right specialist, asking questions about the surgery, giving good advice about the procedure and more
