Dr. Sean Karnani & Dr. Kara Lee provides comprehensive eye examinations, contact lens fittings & manages eye conditions as needed. Their highly trained staff members can help you pick glasses that best fits your personal style & vision needs. People say that the eyes are the windows to the soul, but how much do you know about them?
Dr. Sean Karnani was born in Halifax, Novia Scotia and raised in Mississauga, Ontario. As a child, Dr. Sean Karnani thought that he had perfect vision until he experienced his first eye exam at age eight. His first pair of glasses changed his life. He was inspired to pursue Optometry ever since then.
Dr. Kara Lee was born in Berkeley, California and raised in Oakland, California. She attended the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) from which she received a honors Bachelor of Science degree in Physiological Sciences. She later attended the Illinois College of Optometry (ICO) from which she obtained a honors Doctorate degree in Optometry.

I searched up online for an optometrist that’s is available to take appointments for my kids and luckily I found Dr. Sean Karnani’s place. The receptionist was friendly and booked the appointment earliest available for my kids and my nephews. Dr. Sean Karnani was very friendly, attentive and professional. I had bad experiences with optometrists previously and avoided going back to those places because I don’t trust them anymore. I would definitely be going back to Dr. Sean Karnani and recommend him to all my friends and family.

My wife and I needed to update our glasses. We were recommended to try Dr. Sean Karnani at Clarkson Eye Care. They were booking about 2-3 weeks ahead, mostly due to covid precautions.
Dr Sean was fantastic. He did all the tests for our eye, and showed and explained all results. He was helpful with the eyewear selection, and they direct billed the insurance plan. The eyewear for both of us was ready in about a week. He checked the glasses to ensure they fit well.
Dr. Sean and the staff at Clarkson Eye Care were fantastic. Very friendly, and Dr Sean has a great sense of humor.

Hi, i rarely take the time to write a review.
I have been to few different reputable optometrists in the past for my eyecare. I have to say Dr Karnani and Dr Lee are by far the most detail oriented optometrists I have come across. They not only provide detail examination of my eyes, they also were extremely helpful picking the right eyeware at a very reasonable price.
In addition, I have a bad eye infection and still recovering during this virus crisis and Dr Karnani closed his shop so that he could examine and diagnose my eye issue which was unbearable.

Dr. Sean Karnani is by far the most professional, personable and kind optometrist I've had the pleasure of seeing. He's very considerate and offers excellent care which spans from the time you enter his office until you leave. Outside the examination room when dealing with insurance billing, Sean will provide you with options to ensure you're cared for. After a (wasted) trip to the walk-in Doctor for my 3 year old daughter’s eye, a friend recommended we come here to get her checked out. I’m so glad we took the advice. Knowing that our daughter was little and has Type 1 diabetes, Dr. Lee heard our concern and made time to see her. She was very thorough and professional. This was my daughter’s first eye exam, and Dr. Lee made it engaging, fun and pleasant.

The best care I have ever got. My husband was also very impressed. If you want a excellent care and best glasses you have ever had then visit this place. Good service, care and knowledge its all here. You will be amazed. You will learn a lot how to care for your eyes and about which glasses will be best for you by discussing your needs. I hope they will be there as long as I and my husband need taking care of our eyes.

It was the most thorough eye exam I have ever had! Lab has very modern equipment and I really appreciate time and attention I had received.
Got new glasses there, liked both selection and the price. Had some trouble adjusting to new glasses and Dr Sean was very helpful with adjustments. Very happy now.

I was beyond impressed with the service and care demonstrated at Clarkson Eye Care. They were extremely helpful and courteous from the moment I walked in. Dr. Karnani was very kind and he was thorough and he really showed he cared about his patients. They also have a wide variety of frames which was great. They took their time and were very diligent and patient with me. I will definitely come back and I recommend everyone to visit Clarkson Eye Care.
