Our Focus is on preventive medicine and intervention with a patient-centered approach. Our Goal is to protect, promote and maintain health and well-being with patients as a Team.
If you require URGENT medical care, please call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency department. You must bring a valid Health Card to every visit. Health Cards that have expired or are invalid will not be accepted under any circumstances and patients will be required to pay for the visit according to the Ontario Medical Association guidelines.
The After-Hours Medical Clinic is for Urgent care and not a convenient substitute for routine care provided by your doctor. Your family physician is best suited to manage your health care and is generally available to see you during regular office hours. If you require any medical attention, please contact your family physician first.
It is a strict government policy that Ontario residents provide a valid health card at every visit. Patients who do not present a valid health card will be subject to a $60 charge in order to see their physician. Yes, the other doctors will work together in an effort to cover patients of the doctor that is away.

I was told back in February that Dr. Braig was accepting new patients. I submitted a new patient form and was told I would be contacted in a few weeks time. After several weeks I started emailing and calling asking when I would hear from them. I was told that I would be receiving a phone call soon. Now, after many months I emailed again asking for an update and they have just now told me they are not accepting new patients. After almost 5 months of waiting for any response, I would have appreciated them not stringing me along and telling me months ago they were no longer accepting patients. Would

I have had ongoing issues with Dr. Popescu and when I saw her last, she belittled me to my face and told me I was in the wrong for HER actions during my appointment.
She treated me so bad and didn’t take responsibility for her actions saying she’s entitled to vacation and that it was the patients responsibility to make sure she completes her work. I completely understand that everyone is allowed vacation as everyone needs a break and no one should ever feel overworked but to belittle someone in need, not complete paperwork that is needed, and even go as far as judge someone for asking a simple

We just switched family doctors to Dr Popescu and are very happy with our first visits! The staff, nurses, and Dr. Popescu herself have been fantastic so far. Prompt follow-up, easy-to-book appointments with quick availability, running on time, compassionate care, a clean and bright office, and a super convenient pharmacy. We were sad to leave our long-time Family Physician in Mississauga but we’re so happy we now have a fantastic doctor and team in our new hometown!

I am reviewing Dr. Barbara Corbett from this clinic, who retired. I was with her at the Arbour medical, and stayed with her when she moved to Wyndham Medical Center. I will miss her. As I know medicine and science, I can assure she is knowledgeable. When challenged, because I read all on my side, I could see she was up to date with all the new and current research, so even at the point of retirement, she was doing her homework diligently. I hope I can find someone like her.

Not an easy transition from Dr. Corbett retirement.
Liz at the front desk seems to be the rock of the clinic always helping with issues or concerns and I've always appreciated.
No matter what criticism has been shared with me about Dr Corbett, I always felt I had an individual advocating for my better health and a partner to succeed.
I hope to find those values and commitment somewhere else.

I am writing this review on behalf of my fiancée who is a patient there. The Dr. is fantastic! Very knowledgable, friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, the "Gatekeeping Miser" who answers the phone, and is at the front desk, is a very unpleasant person, and is so extremely rude to me or my fiancée whenever we call. Her name is Jeanette, and she would be a good reason to find another doctor.
We will likely be looking for a new family doctor because of how awful Jeanette is to deal with, and how she LITERALLY blocks my fiancée from making appointments. You would be better off waiting hours at
