Doctor Khan is very polite and professional but just had a worse experience with the receptionist today. The entire time I was on the phone she yelled at me and she was unable to answer any of my question and kept yelling by saying " I don't know" I accidently open my mouth and she yelled at me again by saying " do not cut me off". I hope next time they hire professional and polite receptionist but I have no issue with the doctos they are all great.

Called in to get a requisition for bloodwork since my family doctor was unavailable. The secretary was very nice and got me a same day phone appointment. The doctor that called wasn't helpful at all. I described my medical history and asked her for the requisition and she kept telling me that I have to go to my family doctor, even though I told her my doctor is not available, but she refused to give me the requisitions I asked for. She then said she would email me one requisition but never did! not a good experience at all.

I had an appointment for my son (telephone call) they closed at 7:00 and he needed medicine for a ear infection. They never called and closed their clinic and left us with no walk in open to give him the meds he needed- they told us our appointment time and just never bothered to call and ignored our calls

I have had a terrible experience today with a receptionist that I have never spoken with before. And clearly this is a consistent issue as I have read the other reviews just now. Our doctor is lovely. But reception is horrible. We called and left a voicemail before the clinic was open for a call back as our family doctor is at this location. We got a call back and they knew nothing of why we called, so clearly did not listen to the voicemail and we had to explain again. They said someone would call before 11 am. No one called. See my call history photo. So my husband called again and they said

I feel so happy to share my experience regarding Thompson Walk-In & Medical Clinic, Milton. We moved Milton from Mississauga few years back and we were looking for our new Family Doctor as our previous Family Doctor in Mississauga was retired at the same time. Luckily, we fond Thompson Medical Clinic in Milton closes to our residence.
I am a Senior Patient and have different health issues, and I'm lucky that I have a Family Doctor like Dr. Hifsa Khan. She is very professional, Experienced, Knowledgeable and dealing with me very respectfully. To be very honest, I don't have any words to express

The doctor may be professionally sound. However their receptionist does not know how to deal with patients, she is very very RUDE and does not have the required telephonic manners, whatsoever.
I would suggest that management please teach her how to deal with patients or maybe send her for some basic office etiquette training.

The receptionist here is so kind and caring! Not only did she prioritize my concerns, but she made sure I felt welcomed and comfortable. I am so amazed by her ability to understand and empathize with the patients. I've also seen her work with several other folks at the office, and she speaks to them with compassion. She has made it incredibly safe for all of Milton to use the services of this clinic. Thank you!

Extremely happy with the service at this clinic! Their receptionist was friendly and understanding of my situation. She ensured that I was in to see the doctor as soon as she could. I asked for some help with reports and requisitions after my appointment and she went above and beyond to ensure that I had all of the information I needed. You just don’t get that kind of exceptional service anymore, their receptionist is a gem!
