I had a good experience with Dr. Carpet. They came for carpet cleaning which was really bad because I have two children at home. The best thing is that they did not use any chemical and the carpet looked great when they left. I would definitely refer them to others. They even cleaned my sofa and they spent a lot of time on it making it look like a new one.

We used Dr. Carpet after the big flood of July 2013 in Toronto. I'm not knowledgeable enough in this area to judge technical skill, but their customer service was excellent and they seemed to work hard to make all their customers happy and get the job done properly.
When we called them they answered the phone, and they showed up when they said they would. When more work was required after I'd paid them, their service was still good, unlike some companies whose attitude changes as soon as they've been paid.
