Bought my BMW last week, super excited and happy. The Vehicle is in great condition! Was working with James, he was veeery patient with me and answered all the inquiries (and I had tons of questions). We bought a car for the family from these guys, they were very trustworthy and open about the state of the vehicle.

Richard was our sales person - nice and friendly. Toyota that we bought is running well. We ll come and buy again! Thank you for everything. I don't usually leave reviews but these guys were so great to me when I was buying my Honda so I have to share it! We came for a test drive with my dad to West Gate as we leave close by, James, the sales manager, was very transparent in.

DO NOT GO HERE! they will sell you faulty cars. I bought mine in October and not even 30 days later the clutch needs to be changed. They told me the car was safetied and looked over but The day I took it off the lot I noticed the rpms were acting a bit strange ( I thought nothing of it) so from day one the car had an issue. As time progressed other things like the key fob and radio started to act up as well. When one has the privileges to communicate with professionals it's indeed an experience. I was most graciously attended to by this very professional & well composed individual whose name is Aniz. I was of the opinion that I was dreaming, but not so. I asked for a car, which was followed up by consistent telephone contact requesting my ideas of the car I wanted. Bought a 2013 Range Rover from here. Had an issue with my Bluetooth connecting to my phone. Tried to trouble shoot with the forums but no help. I let West Gate know about the issue and James and the boys went above and beyond my expectations to get the matter resolved. They had their shop take a look a the issue, then they had a 3rd party try to fixed the issue but no luck. In the end they advised me to take the car to Land Rover to try and resolve. Turned out to be a software issue and once confirmed James picked up the bill from the dealer no questions asked. Thanks again!!! Remember a little
