We bought our new Elantra from Steeles Auto. The car is mint condition, everything is as it was described in the ad. Massimo had all the proper paperwork, and even booked a time to see us after hours.
Even though the shop is over 85km away from where we live, the experience was not stressful by any means. Massimo kept me updated with pictures and texts about work done on the car. All the costs, and additional warranty etc.. was properly explained without any pushy salesman tactics.

My car is 16 years old. I’ve never had any major issues with it. Have a few issues but planning to drive it till it’s done. Rick did an amazing job, resolved my major problems, he saved my time and money. My suv will run for a bit longer which gives me time to save and buy something else. Great service and thank you

Amazing shop! I didnt catch the name of the person who helped me out but he was great and very friendly! He told me what was wrong with my car, and other things that would need replacing, but didnt try and push me into getting them. Customer service is definitely there 100%! He even cut me a break and knocked 30$ off my total ! Would recommend and go there for future visits. My g35 is now quiet and no more wheel bearing noise which im happy about!

I can't lie as a customer shopping around for an affordable vehicle, i came across there page and inquired about a car. I made a sincere offer with no disrespect intended and the representative "Massimo" out right mocked my offer and made disrespectful jokes. Now i honour people to people connecting and I would never think to step near this place with a 100 feet pole. If this was over a message, imagine in person. Maybe business will be successful when "steels auto" decides to treat their potential customers better.

I just picked up my new (used) van from Steeles Auto Garage. Massismo made the purchase super easy and hassle free. He went that extra mile swapping out the tires for the ones I recently purchased, removing the existing back seats for me (I just needed a work truck) and having it ready for me in just a couple of days. He was super awesome to deal with as I am sure all of the staff is! I would highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Steeles Auto to everybody for their amazing service. If you need to buy a used car, buy new tires or do the routine car maintenance, go to see them. They are exceptionally competent, and you can trust them! All the staff is really friendly, and they treat you like family.
I have bought a Ford Edge at Steeles Auto two weeks ago plus a set of winter tires. I am really happy with the purchase; the price was really good and the quality of their work excellent.
