I bought a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit Diesel from Art. I came prepared to do my own inspection. The car was not warmed up which was good because it is important to hear a cold start especially for a diesel. The jeep has air suspension so I put it to full lift and had lots of room to crawl around underneath with a bright flashlight and look at everything in detail. It was immaculate. For a 5 year old vehicle it looked new, no leaking seals and the motor was very clean and quiet. No scuffs on any skid plates.

The car seemed priced right. We went with the intention of purchasing the vehicle but were turned off by their unprofessional and inflexible behaviour. I indicated to Art from the beginning that their reviews were horrible and I wanted to be extra careful as a result. I was blocked at every stage. Despite a willingness to do whatever was necessary I was being forced to follow their inflexible procedures. Got my first car here. I spent weeks looking for a car that was in my budget and met all my needs. I found the perfect used car here. It was a bit over my budget but I managed to make it work and Alex and Art were very compromising. Art was extremely professional and even after buying the car when I had a small exhaust and belt issue after the first two weeks he took the car in right away and had the mechanic fix the issue. Didn’t have to pay for the fix. When I bought the car there was a driver side mirror issue which they promised to fix. It took a bit of time because the part was not easy

I was looking for used car for my father in law. Called K & L Auto Sales and discussed first with Alex a few available options. I was really pleased the way Alex was talking to me and decided to come to the shop.
Dennis (I believe sales-rep) met me in the office and spend about 1 hour discussing and road-testing different cars. Finally, I made my choice with Avalon 2008. Car price includes full safety certification and paper work.
I read all reviews here and I was a bit worry about “fake” safety certification. I asked about taking the car to my own mechanic for check-up. It was not a problem

Do not buy a car from these guys!!!! They fake safety in house. I bought a car from this location safety certified with 4 blown shocks and a bad front right hub bearing. DO NOT TRUST OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION. They do not care about the safety of you or your family. Steer clear of these crooks.
