Excellent experience with Stan, really nice and knowledgable guy, super professional, lived dealing with him.
However, I bought a brand new Super Duke 1290R sometime back in May, only for the bike to develop a radiator leak and contacted service July 12 with 2500 km on it. Called into the service department and sent an email the next day with pictures only to get told to effectively pound sand, that they wouldn't even look at it until August 19 and that I had to pre-purchase the radiator out of pocket. I asked if it could be looked at any sooner and he told me to go to another dealership. I didn

They have good prices and inventory. I bought my first bike here for a great price. I also bought what seemed to be a new helmet... missing parts. When shopping make sure "all" accessories are with the product. The company after the fact tried to there best ability to fulfill my complaint, but by then I had already replaced the missing part by ordering on-line

I called in regarding about parts for my Yamaha bike and I was told they will call me back. Next day I get a call but I told the part guy that I bought parts from another place since I didn't get a call back on the same day. The guy who I talked with rudely said "next time go buy it from them, not us". I wasn't expecting this from Maple Ridge Motorsport. They lost a customer for life

Extremely helpful and friendly service.
When doing repairs on bikes you'll eventually find yourself requiring an obscure washer or bolt, which (nameless) dealers won't even answer your phone calls for. Here at MRM I was promptly helped and recieved high value service for low value parts. I will be buying all my KTM parts from here from now on.

I hate to admit it , but this was my first genuine great experience at any kind of dealership. Stan and his staff at Maple Ridge Motorsport were courteous, friendly, and went out of their way to make me have an outstanding experience. It will be the first place I go to buy my next bike. 5 stars all the way.

I can not say enough great things about Maple Ridge Motor Sports and the staff. My experience there has been top notch!! The Manager Stan went over and above with service excellence. I was undecided between two bikes that I loved and one of the bikes were on the floor and one was still in the crate. Stan had made arrangements to have the other bike assembled and on the floor to have them side by side so that when I came in to pick a bike I could see them both and pick the one I liked the best. I ended up loving both bikes equally and both Stan and Gary from the parts department educated me on which
