Services
The Carter Motorsports technician and service team are here to help. We service all Japanese motorcycles, which include, Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki and Yamaha. If your bike manufacturer is not listed, give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you. Honda ATV's and Side by Side's, Honda Power Equipment, and Honda Outboards (up to 20hp) are also welcomed at the Carter Motorsports service department.
We understand that these are uncertain and challenging times, and your vehicle should be the least of your concerns. At Carter Motorsports we employ continuous assessment and involvement towards our internal cleaning and sanitization practices to protect both - our staff and customers alike. Public common areas and employee work surfaces are routinely sanitized (including handrails, door handles, computers, phones and bathroom areas).

One star as this is the lowest score you can give. I called in to confirm that they indeed take used oil. The lady answered with a quick no so I told her that I did indeed been told this when I was there in person. She asked me to hold so she could ask someone that would know. I take that as she didn't know and just came up with the answer. After she came back to the phone she said that she spoke to someone there and they don't take used oil. They only take used oil if you do you service there. I tried to explain that the guy at the parts disk told us this and asked again if she was sure. So if

When purchasing my bike, was a great experience. I had a trade in, they didn't try to lowball me or anything like that, everything was good.
Had complications with an ICBC claim, it's been about 5 months since I brought my bike in. I went in person to speak to the manager about my problems and to get a more detailed explanation for what was happening. Original mistake was missing some of the damage in the first estimate they gave ICBC. Unfortunately due to global supply chain issues the part is backordered.
I was thinking they might get defensive, but they were completely transparent and willing

The service was exceptional! Great experience from beginning to end. Joel was very friendly and super helpful in explaining everything about the bike, and getting me set up. The team was also very accommodating with last minute changes and were kind throughout the entire process. Smoothest purchase I have ever made. I highly recommend purchasing your motorcycle from here, the staff are incredible and knowledgeable - not pushy at all. 10/10!!

Wesley was outstanding! Very professional and knowledgeable. He got us a boat motor that was being cargo’d to their store in a matter of 2 days. He made sure everything was smooth sailing and if we had any questions, to not be afraid to ask. Simple and fast is all we recognized and Wesley went beyond expectations.

The most solid Honda team I have seen in the last few years. They offer competitive pricing on automotive service and parts. They offer curtosy cars and shuttle rides and have a very quick turn around on the service. They service and sell motorcycles and accessories, so take a look at the nice 2 wheelers while you wait!

I had a very pleasant motorcycle buying experience at Carter Motorsports. In the days leading up to the final purchase, Derek answered all my questions very promptly. This was my very first motorcycle so was expecting to have to make a stressful decision, but I felt very comfortable from the moment I entered the showroom. Keenan gave us a great deal on a awesome Honda Rebel 300. They also loaded the bike and tied it down for me which was very much appreciated. I know this review will probably fall on deaf ears however I need to make my situation clear to anyone who is bothered to read this review. I will explain what my experience was and its up to you to decide whether to think this is acceptable or not. On April 25 2020 I inquired about test riding a motorcycle over the phone with Joel Bauman (mind… you this is during COVID). I was surprised to find out that they were accepting test rides since the other 2 dealerships I called were not. I test rode the 2020 rebel 500 and felt good about the bike. Fast forward 2 weeks to May 9th I contact Joel
