I'm an owner of 51 Harrison Garden and our property manager Laura is amazing. She is not only knowledgeable and professional, she is very responsive and always has a smile and great attitude. I always get answers to my concerns, questions or requests. Love the fact that i can be sure I will get any issue fixed promptly, that it is very important to me as I don't have time to do multiple follow ups.

Laura Levy, the Property Manager of 51 & 55 Harrison Garden Boulevard has been fantastic since the day we moved in. She takes the time to get to know residents, and she really cares about the building. She also makes herself available at any time for questions and concerns via her cell and also email. One of the best property managers I’ve had the pleasure of knowing!

I just want to say how great our condo manager is. We have lived at the Mansions of Avondale for a long time and Laura Levy have been wonderful since she took the position. She is honest and responsive. She is very assessible and will take the time to answer your questions. She is a definite asset to our building and the community.

I have been an owner and resident at 684 Warden Ave for years now and I will confidently say that this building and our condo fees are not managed wisely.
Our manager Joe seems too busy to handle complaints in a proactive manner, and it often takes many pleas for action to be taken on any problem.
Our main concern is the common areas. Our lobby and hallways are in disrepair and in need of renovation, but nothing has been done despite many complaints from multiple residents. Tiles are broken, carpet is torn and coming up in places, and every wall and banister needs repair and paint. This has come

We have had the pleasure to work with Silvana on multiple sites. As a contractor, its sometimes difficult to find managers who take the necessary precautions to ensure both contractors and corporations are both handled with care and interest. Silvana, ensure payments are prompt, scope of work is detailed to ensure safety and curb appeal for all her sites. I would highly recommend Silvana to manage any site!

Jennifer was outstanding to work with!!!
She managed a very extensive re-piping of two towers and was very efficient, professional and conscientious of her position. It was a very complicated position and I heard rave reviews of how Jennifer informed and worked with all the residents. I take my hat off to her.

As a Real estate Broker I had to inquire what are the procedure with the Condo Corp at 3650 Kingston Rd for Realtors and showings.
I left a voice message and within a few hours my call was returned by a delightful young lady Sierra.
She was very friendly, helpful and professional. She went above and beyond. Thank you very much for your help and co operation Sierra! Keep up the good work!
