Chiropractic is one of Ontario's largest primary-contact health care professions. It's a non-invasive, hands-on health care discipline focusing on the musculoskeletal system. Chiropractors provide diagnosis, treatment, and preventative care for issues of the spine, pelvis, nervous system, and joints.
Active Release Techniques(R) (ART(R)) is a type of massage technique that treats muscle, tendon, ligament, fascia, and nerve problems. These conditions can cause your body to produce tough, dense scar tissue to the affected area. Scar tissue binds up and ties down tissues that are meant to move freely causing muscles to become shorter and weaker.
Massage therapy involves manipulating soft tissues and the joints of the body to prevent, develop, maintain, rehabilitate, and augment physical function or relieve pain. A clinically-oriented health option, massage therapy results in relief in a variety of discomforts caused by stress, muscular overuse, and many chronic pain syndromes.

Dr. Tallon is excellent and has helped me with various issues over the last few years. I don't review very often, but he deserves a great review considering the great work he does. That being said, I tried booking another appt. a while back and didn't hear back from them - so I have moved on to another Chiropractor now.

This is hands down the best chiropractor to go to! My family has been going here for years, and they have never failed us! Dr.Tallon is extremely great at what he does with a friendly manor, and the same with the receptionist who is always attentive and good for a laugh! The staff here really do make you feel like family!

I can't say enough about Dr. Tallon. I came to him with a shoulder that had been in pain for over 7 years. I tried physiotherapy and massage on their own, but no one could resolve the issue. Dr. Tallon used a combination of techniques (including suggested exercises) - and it was like a miracle. After the first session the pain was substantially reduced, and by the third it all but disappeared. Amazing. I have been sleeping better than I have in years.

Dr. Tallon and Co. welcomed me in and were genuinely invested in my healing from the very first phone call through the end of every visit. Following thorough COVID screening; Dr. Tallon’s assessment skills, communication and teaching through my appointments have removed the mysticism and fear I used to feel about chiropractic treatment AND I’ve seen results. He takes my issues seriously, listens and makes only the necessary adjustments after a verbal warning, following the cues of my breathing. My treatment has included excellent history taking, stretching, massage like pressure, light adjustments

Dr Tallon takes the time to address any issues and provide suggestions aimed at preventing future issues. Not one to recommend return visits unless warranted - he understands that people need to return to regular levels of activity as quickly as possible. The office is clean and attractive. Lots of free parking. Ive been going as needed for years with no intention of switching any time soon. Thank you for everything.

From booking my appointment with Meghan, to Caitlin welcoming me and assisting me at the front desk, every part of this team truly cares about your well being and makes you feel like you're in good hands. Dr. Tallon provided me with immediate relief after suffering with discomfort for years. He has wonderful bedside manners and made me feel at ease after having a bad experience with a previous chiropractor. He took his time throughly explaining everything and was extremely honest. I twisted my hip whilst gardening and was having trouble walking even after using super strength motrin and resting. Dr Tallon found the problem right away and in a few minutes I was able to get up off the bed on my own and walk normally. Totally amazing chiropractor. I would highly recommend him. Great work Dr Tallon.

My son and I have been going to Dr Tallon for many years and we have always received excellent treatment.
My son Craig has a lot of physical issues and Charles always listens patiently and never rushes the appointment. He has been a big help for both of us.
We sometimes go in without an appointment and we are always seen.
I sent a friend in who wasn't happy with his chiropractor to see Charles and he is so happy that he listened to my recommendation.
