At Golden Plug Air Conditioning, our rental season normally runs from March to October at a flat rate, so it pays to call early to guarantee a unit. Our air conditioner rental service in the GTA includes delivery, professional installation with Plexiglas in regular size windows (note: additional charge for oversized and permanent windows that are to be removed).
Air conditioners keep you comfortable by removing heat and moisture from the air. To do both effectively, the unit must be properly sized for your space. If the capacity is too low, you may never feel quite cool enough. When the capacity is too high, the unit produces so much cold air so quickly that the room reaches the desired temperature before the unit has adequate run time to dehumidify.

Installation of my air conditioner in November 2019 was more or less ok. Hastier than expected: there were a few bumps, and a little mess, including a bit of caulking on the carpet, but nothing that couldn't be cleaned up. However, I was grateful for the responsiveness when an issue arose during installation.
Most importantly, the unit works well! To customers having work done on a day of inclement weather: ask specifically for installers to bring a pair of clean indoor shoes.

So I emailed this company yesterday to inquire about their services and was told to phone them. I did phone them and spoke to a lady asking about what was available and she was extremely rude to me. She didn't like the fact that I was asking about the pricing and told me that if I should go and find another company to get my a/c from then slammed the phone down on me. Very rude and unprofessional customer service

I couldn't be happier with the quality of service with this company. I had a new window air conditioner installed last July 2018. The machine is excellent and the installer did a fantastic job. I typically ask a lot of questions during the process and he was professional, patient and helpful. I spoke with the owner before deciding to purchase – he also answered many of my questions. Almost a year later (June 2019) I called to ask about whether I need to have it cleaned before starting it up for the summer. The owner said they offer the service but that I wouldn't need it done so soon because
