Jane helped us to book flights home to Australia at the end of June, during a very stressful time. Her knowledge and resources were invaluable. Communication was frequent and detailed, she even emailed us to say ‘welcome home’ as she had been watching our flight status. I would and will recommend Downunder Travel to anyone. I dealt with Jason and he was super helpful. Made sure I had no problems and got me the flight on the date I was after. Plus he made sure I had all the information I would need to get home safely and without dramas during these COVID times. Jason was always just a call or email away for any questions I had. Stephanie Delaney, owner of Down Under Travel, provided exceptional service for my group of 11 travelling to Australia and New Zealand in February 2020. She arranged our long haul flights as well as several connecting flights and the accompanying visa requirements.
