Walked through the door with typical greeting. Then the onset of a sells rep, following me around, nonstop questions, trying to direct me to an area I did not want to see. Finally I just left. I am shopping and don't want to be harassed. It is a small store and if I need something after I have established I am looking, I will be happy to ask for assistance.

Stick to their word.. told me after I spent $120.00 on heels I could return if they don't fit.. fast forward 2 weeks the heels didn't fit at all.. I bring them back.. and they said the sole was scuffed.. THEY DIDNT FIT HER FOOT. thank you for robbing a single mom of 3 for $120.00 that she didn't have to give... you're an awesome company 🙄

I bought two pairs of shoes in advance when my son was 3 months old. Fast forward to now (7 months later) and my son finally needs hard soles. Well- come to find out he needs a wide width shoe. These two pairs of shoes have never been out of the box. I still had the receipt. And they have the same exact style down to the model # on their shelf.… They refused an exchange. All I needed was a wide width shoe. Yes it was past the 10 days return, I respect that. However this is where customer service comes in. I don’t see why they could not have exchanged brand new shoes for ones that fit

Got a better pair than Thursday boots in the US. Paid Canadian dollars . Got a better class of boots. Staff knowledge was excellent. Explained how to take care and maintain these boots in tip top condition. Now that's service. Had my grown up daughter with me and she was stunned by the women's selection. A full first floor with quality footwear and competitive pricing for savey online US Shopping zealots.

I bought a pair of boots over a year ago and the insole started to detach from the bottom tread of my boots. I went in to buy a new pair of boots and mentioned this and took a look and said that it was not just wear and tear and that a boot shouldn't do that after just one winter. They took my old broken boots back to return to the manufacturer as… faulty and gave me a brand new pair for free! I've seen a few reviews saying that they are a bit more pricey than other stores but this level of customer service is well worth the few extra dollars on a pair of shoes. Try and tell me a big box

I do not recommend this place, I bought hunter boots 3 days ago and they really hurt my pinky toes (like really hurt)! I just want to exchange them but they are saying no cuz I literally wore them one time..... telling me they have to contact hunter directly to see if they will return them. Isn’t that their problem they shouldn’t let the customer… know about?? I have been a loyal shopper at Aden since they opened. I purchase 3 pairs of shoes several weeks ago, spending close to $500.00. When I put on one of the pairs for the first time this weekend, it felt small. I took them off, did not wear them, put them back in the box and brought them to the store today to exchange them for a larger size.… Immediately I was told I likely couldn’t exchange them, as they had been worn.
