Took them 6 months to tell me my application is postponed due to medical reasons THAT THEY CAN'T TELL ME ABOUT for "privacy" reasons. Ummm it's MY medical issues.
So dumb. So if you like having your time wasted choose Desjardins! This will be the first and LAST time I'll ever give any business to Desjardins. I will avoid them for the rest of my life.

Very nice and pleasant to talk to. For an underage driver they gave me a very fair quote for the premium that are out there. I've had the pleasure to work with Samantha a few times for a few quotes. She's always been very patient and helpful. Along with that, one time I need insurance ASAP for a new vehicle and they set me up in under 10 mins. Amazing service, very polite workers, keep being awesome guy!!! Thank you!

Heather has been my insurance agent since I moved to Ottawa in 2013. She was able to arrange my tenant’s insurance very quickly and then a few years later assisted me with my house insurance, and now car insurance. She has also helped my parents with their house and car insurance. She always have time for our questions and emails and her response time is top notch. I highly recommend Heather!
