Awesome experience. Big thing was I was booked to be a model, class was cancelled Julia still booked me in and kept the appointment due to the fact that I had no idea that it was cancelled and I used a vacation afternoon to come in. She understood about my pain threshold we had both had a laugh about it. It worked out I have a wonderful beautiful… eyeliner thank you Julia. After everything heals I may have to come for a lower line Touchup but it’s still too early to say. Thanks again Julia for the fact that you gave your time as well as your talent

I had a really great experience going to school at Biotouch. I went for the 6 day pmu course in April 2021 with zero experience in the field.
Julia was an excellent teacher, she is very knowledgeable and talented. She explained lessons very clearly and always had answers to my questions.
At first I felt working on people with only theory and watching a live demo was very nerve racking and that I wasn't quite ready, but in hind sight I realize it was the very best way to learn. Hands on gave me a different level of confidence, and made me realize that I can do this. I now truly believe it is the

I have been to Botouch 3 times and each one was a total delight! Julia is fabulous! Very friendly and very professional! The site is immaculate. The students were so sweet and a thirst for knowledge. I did micro blading at Biotouch, since this was my first time, I was a bit nervous but Daisy, the technician and instructor there eased my fears. Before she started she gave me a thorough assessment of my skin and how my skin would react to the pigments. She was very detailed and informative. She explained and answered all of my questions and concerns. In the end, I felt reassured and and at ease. My eyebrows turned out great! I love them! I can’t believe how my eyes now pop because of my new eyebrows! Thanks so much Daisy!!!

I trained through Biotouch Canada November 2018 for permanent cosmetic comprehensive course for brows lips and eyeliner. Extremely professional and a great foundation for my new career! I initially took the eyebrow microblading and powdering course last year and it helped launch my business with confidence. Amid the covid19 crisis, I was lucky to have a one-on-one class for the BioTouch 3-Day Eyebrow Course with Julia Russell as my teacher. She was very welcoming, patient, informative with a passion for what she does. She answered all my questions happily and always made me feel like my questions were valid. I learnt a LOT in 3 days. Jam-packed with very good info, and lots of practice time. I really enjoyed the course, and it's very likely i will be taking some more of the other courses in the next little while. Thanks so much!! I just finished my Comprehensive Permanent Makeup class and I have to say that I am totally happy. I chose to go to biotouch based on the reviews and then when I called the school, Julia was super friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. When I went in to give my deposit the space was super clean and felt like a dentist office (a good thing in my opinion) Once I started, Danielle and Lisa were amazing. Very knowledgeable and caring. Really excellent instructors, sparkling clean environment and quality materials. My class was 6 students and 3 instructors, so there was always someone there if I had a question or needed help. I took the permanent makeup class in January and my microblading business has been going great. I really enjoy microblading and the difference it has made to my clients. I came up from Seattle to take the class since it seemed better than ones I could find in Washington and it was totally worth it!!!

I took the 6-Day Comprehensive course last month and the experience was satisfactory. Although the space was clean and bright, I found it too small of a workspace for 6 students; I think they should only accept a maximum of 4 students at a time so that it doesn't feel as cramped of a learning environment and so that more attention can be given to the students individually, especially since this particular course involves PMU for eyebrows, eyeliner, lips, camouflage techniques, and colour corrections. If it were just the 3-Day Microblading course for example, having up to 6 students at a time
