Been shopping with this company for our shop for more than 5 years now! Love their products and such friendly and helpful staff. I use to really enjoy my experience as a trainer ordering equipment from them. But they’ve let me down. Shipped missing items twice in the same order. I’m not sure what’s going on with them but I feel it’s time to take my business elsewhere. It’s extremely frustrating as I have a deadline and students with equipment.

Most affordable and fuss-free way that I could get permablend pigments from where I am. Other distributors required me to PM them which i felt was unsafe. For perpetual, they have a proper website that can state shipping fees and costs. Quality and authentic PMU materials. Love them and am going to order from them as long as I am doing SPMU. Very good range of products too. Hope their business continues to prosper to help other artists out there.

Just starting in the industry, Perpetual has been my go to retailer for microblading equipment. Several times I have called and their customer service agent has been super helpful and informative.
