Our cat dies a few years ago and we purchased a memorial piece. We since moved and recently we asked if they were able to send it in the mail. As we are about an hour drive away. They we insisted we pay for shipping which is understandable however, they then told me it was our responsibility to set up the shipment. Who had time for that? We paid a… ridiculous amount for the piece and now this? It seems as though they got paid their money and so customer service and being decent are not a priority to them. I will be making the drive eventually, but will never be trusting these people with

I would like to thank The KILLARNEY CAT hospital, staff and Dr. Shari Muller for your care and support. You went above and beyond the call of duty, to make sure our beloved cat was with us, in her last few minutes. Thank you for taking such good care of her! All the best, Marilou

We were worried about bringing our cat because she hadn’t been to the vet in a while and we didn’t know how she would react. I assumed the vet would get bitten, but they gave her needles, pills, all kinds of stuff (things she needed) and our cat was totally fine with it all! These people are like cat whisperers and so friendly! They’re incredibly knowledgable and I feel like we learned so much about our cat that we didn’t know before. I now look forward to our future vet visits.

We've been bringing our girl Peggy Carter to Killarney Cat Hospital since she was a kitten. It's such a calm atmosphere and the entire staff are always so kind and helpful. They let Peggy wander the room so she becomes a bit more comfortable with her surroundings. They take such good care of our girl, and I can't say enough good things about Killarney Cat Hospital. Highly recommend taking your cats here.

Today was my cat's first vet visit and it was amazing! The Doctor and nurse were very gentle with my cat and they took really good care of her. I was also given a lot of advice on how to help my cat minimize hairball formation. I was satisfied with the visit and the exam and injections were decently priced. I'd highly recommend!

I need to respond to the comment from the clinic. They replied that they try their best to educate pet parents on alternatives to declawing (elective onychectomy) , which is commendable At the end of the day however, they still choose as a clinic to perform this surgery. It is barbaric and as evidenced by the amount of countries and states who have banned it - is inhumane. What motivates this?
The rationale given by this clinic after educating the pet parent is "However, if all these methods fail, we would prefer to keep our patients in a loving home than have owners feel they must surrender

I have been to Killarney Cat Hospital to get a checkup done for my kitty Puddles. They handled her gently and calmly, which is a huge deal for me because Puddles has a nervous personality in general and is pretty much terrified about LIFE. So I felt relieved when they did the exam on her and even gave her a shot without giving Puddles a heart attack in the process.

They call to remind you about appointments, and refer to the cat by the name i.e. "Puddles has an appointment" which I think is the most adorable thing in the world! Oh maybe I am biased, because I seem to believe everything

This vet has been my primary vet for many years now, I have only really stopped using them when I moved to far away. But after my recent experiences with other vets I will drive across the city if I have to, cause they are the best I have experienced.

Why I like them:
* They get it RIGHT!
Let me tell you after having another cat almost die from being mis-diagnosed at another vet (westmount - see my review for them) it is very important that the problem is figured out correctly the first time! They have never got anything wrong with my cats yet (over many years).
* Their office is clean and organized
