Turtle Island Massage Therapy has been a proud member of the South Osborne community for over 15 years. We at Turtle Island try to bring the close family feel of the community into our clinic and massage practice. Whether you are seeking treatment for a specific condition, injury, experiencing stress, our therapists are always happy to assist in your healthcare needs.

Our therapists are graduates of a 2200 hour massage therapy program are registered through either the Massage Therapy Association of Manitoba or the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada. This provides them each with insurance coverage and requires each therapist to continue their education throughout their career.

Alex graduated from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies in 2018. Alex's passion for massage therapy comes from being an athlete himself. He is an avid runner, triathlete and kite boarder. Alex personally understands how frustrating being sidelined by an injury can be and his goal is to help all of his clients live a healthier, happier and more active life.

Rates & Services Report

Rates include GST and are subject to change. Direct billing to Blue Cross and Canada Life (previously known as Great West Life) is available. Your therapist may perform a brief assessment which may include range of motion, or specific muscle/joint tests to try to identify the root of any pain or issues you may have.

I’ve always been a bit anxious when it comes to massage, having had a few off putting experiences previously. But the moment I walked into Turtle Island I was greeted by the lovely owner Julie, who put all my anxieties at ease and walked me through the experience with a gentle but skilled hand. She has such a calming way about her, knowing when to keep the conversation going and when to taper off, she had the perfect pressure and has made a massage convert out of me. I will now be making sure I carve time out to visit at least once a month! Thank you Julie! This was the perfect “welcome”

Can't say enough great things. Caring staff. Arlene has relieved sciatica pain and massage when I tore my calf muscle. Direct bill too, which is a rarity.
