Urban Massage Therapy began over 20 years ago when RMTs Chassity and Mike White opened their first location in River Heights. Eight years ago they moved their practice to Wolseley, where they have been able to expand their services and provide an even higher level of care to clients old and new. At UMT we have a team of 12 registered and licensed Massage Therapists.
My name is Ashley and I'm a graduate of Wellington College. I've always had a passion for helping people which is what lead me to a career in Massage Therapy. As an RMT, I use a variety of techniques that work to target each individual's specific needs. I hold various certifications including reflexology, lymphatic integration, and spa practice.

Gift certificates available in any denomination. Methods of payment - over the phone with a credit card or in person with credit/debit/cash. Urban Massage Therapy is now excited to offer clients the ease of online booking and the option of direct billing. However, we ask that clients prearrange their insurance details prior to their appointment and during reception hours.

I went to see Mike for Rapid NFR the other day due to some muscle tension and pains from working out frequently. After my appointment I went to the gym just a few hours later and felt better instantly, since going in I’ve been able to maintain my regular workout routine and I only seem to be feeling better and better and have not experienced any pain or tension since my appointment. I have recommended this to friends and will definitely be coming back to see Mike. Thanks Mike!

I have known Chassity for over 25 years and have been a client of hers for over 10 years. Chassity has always been very accommodating should one require to re-schedule an appointment. Upon arrival, you are greeted in a friendly manner, the facilities are always clean, neat and tidy. She continues to be thorough and always the ultimate professional during the massage. Always feel great after my 90 minute massage. I would recommend Urban Massage Therapy to anyone, you won't be disappointed.
