If you are interested in joining the gym, the first step is to sign-up for a free 30 minute consultation. We have daily and weekly drop-in passes. Gym co-founders, Storm and Callum, began a CrossFit club at Queen's University in 2012 that has grown into the gym you see today: Queen Street Fitness. At Queen Street Fitness there are no egos, we do not tolerate bad attitudes, and our community is our greatest strength.
Our goal, first and foremost, is to foster a community which is positive, growth-minded, and hard working. As a team, we support each other to be the best that we can be mentally and physically. In our fitness program our specialty is not specializing. We run, jump, push, pull, throw, climb, and lift.

Services
If you are interested in joining our community, the first step is to register for a free 30 minute sit down with a coach. The consultation will take place at our facility, 226 Queen Street. To gather information about you to create a plan that will allow you to accomplish your goals. During the consult we will figure out if training with us is the right fit and we can find the solutions you are looking for.
See below for rates. Prior to enrolling for a membership we do a in-person consultation and movement assessment. Depending on your experience level may require you to complete our introductory on-ramp program. The on-ramp is variable in length based on your experience, injuries, current fitness level, and more.
Athlete Spotlights highlight badass members of our community who have made significant progress though a consistent commitment to the training process. The athletes featured here are selected based upon the length they have been with us, and their approach to training both inside (training, mobility, mindset) and outside (nutrition, sleep, recovery) the gym.
Drops must be submitted 7-days before your membership renewal date, and may take a few days to be processed. If you are leaving Kingston for a short period (holiday, school break, summer time, etc.) you can put your membership on hold instead of dropping by submitting the Hold Request form. We would love to hear more about the reason for your membership drop.

This gym's a 10 out of 10. As a gym owner who has owned multiple crossfits, yoga studios, written books, play professional football and is known as an expert in the field of health and Wellness. This place is fantastic, great coaching, great facility and great community. You do not have to hesitate and wonder if this place will change your life, the moment you walk through the door your life has already begun to change. Very friendly and excellent service, a world-class place for people who are ready to become world-class individuals.

Awesome location close to the downtown core. Despite being in a basement there is lots of natural lighting and it is very spacious. The equipment is all nice and fairly new and the lay out was well thought out. The coaches are really personable, welcoming, and know what they're doing. CrossFit has a bad rap for churning out coaches with no experience but these guys have education and experience well beyond the weekend certification course.

I was introduced to CrossFit a few months ago here at CrossFit Queen Street, and it's been the best decision I've made in a long time. The gym is welcoming, coaches are motivating and always helping out with technique, plus there's a great sense of community! There's always people visiting too! Would highly recommend coming in for a free first class!

Absolutely LOVE this gym! I was a 4th year student at Queen's when I went to check it out, and had a blast. Great community, knowledgeable coaches who make your safety the priority, and some awesome workouts. All of this for VERY reasonable rates (probably the most reasonable CrossFit rates I've ever seen). Go check it out!

I joined CrossFit Queen Street in July and it was the best decision I've ever made. Storm, Callum, Sean and Matt are all fantastic coaches! They are very motivating, supportive and they make the CrossFit experience really fun and challenging! I have never been very athletic but CrossFit Queen Street has made this type of fitness accessible for all fitness levels, whether you can lift 5 lbs or 200 lbs there is a place for you here. They take the time to explain the movements and discuss scaling on an individual basis prior to beginning the workouts.
