I do NOT recommend this store. Customer service is horrible. I was promised that this rug could be seamed together perfectly, "they are the best at what they do!" and look at my rug! (in the photo) It's buckling in a few spots. When I sent them the photo, they DID NOT EVEN OFFER TO FIX IT. They don't care! Unbelievable! The guys that came to install stair carpeting were just plain inexperienced and gave wrong information about rug pads. After they installed it, I emailed Kamy to ask why there was no padding and he DID NOT REPLY. He does not care. He got his money. This is the absolute worst customer

Westfloors installed laminate for my condo renovation. They were very professional and did an amazing job. The installers work fast and I was able to get a great price on the materials through Westfloors. Definitely recommend them.
