Services
At the end of a court case or when a case is resolved through an out of court settlement, the money that is paid for pain and suffering, medical bills, loss of income or any other types of losses are called "damages". Damages is the legal term for the financial compensation paid by a defendant or an insurance company to an injured person or their family.

We work on a contingency fee agreement basis. The legal fee in a contingency agreement is not payable until the end of the case, and even then, the fee is only payable if we are successful on your behalf. In the Province of Ontario, no matter who is at fault for a car accident, you may be entitled to collect certain benefits, called accident benefits. A list of potentially available compensation is provided here. A description of the Compensation including General Damages and Special Damages is also provided.

Professional informative helpful knowledgeable. Warren was very helpful and responsive. He returns emails and phone calls in a timely manner. He was able to answer all questions we had about the process. If you have been in a car accident I recommend you contact them about your injuries. My Dr at the time was especially not helpful. Warren was able to suggest professions to contact for the applicable help. It is evident he has much experience in the personal injury world. Hopefully we don't require future assistance from a Lawyer, but if we did we wouldn't hesitate to contact Warren.

On July 25, 2018 we were suddenly faced with medical costs in the United States of more than $30,000CAN based on a claims adjustor’s opinion that we had misrepresented our case on our insurance application.
