When we experience trauma or severe life stressors it is not uncommon to feel like our lives are unravelling. That unravelling can take many forms; emotional distress, break down of relationships with our partners and children, general dissatisfaction with life or work, feelings of overwhelming sadness, anxiety, anger and hopelessness.

Our passion lies in assisting clients in exploring the past, creating peace in the present and feeling hope for the future. Our aim is to ensure that your therapy experience is a positive one that offers the potential to have you living life more fully.
Services
The model we primarily use is based in brain science and is called Mind Body Attunement Therapy. It is an attachment and trauma focused therapy. This approach works toward restoring your natural capacity to regulate your emotions which will allow you to access healthy coping strategies when in crisis.
