I needed to do a refill of my thyroid medication because I do not have a thyroid and was waiting since 2PM for 6 hours on the phone to talk to a CSR and when my turn was #3 this organization hung up on me. My endocrinologist was on vacation and my family doctor too so I needed to talk to the doctor on call at LMC healthcare but now I will not get my meds since the pharmacy cannot renew it unless I get a doctor to approve it or they will charge me to do a refill which otherwise will cost me pennies. TERRIBLE service, why did you not mention that you will only provide service until 8PM and not to
