I was on the hunt for some used winter tires for my car and came upon Dial A Tire based on the great reviews I saw here and on Reddit. I simply did what it is said on their website: I need a tire so I Dial A Tire. :) I think I got the owner on the phone that did everything to see if they have something available for me, which was the case. I came there, got given great explanations and had the time to carefully check the tires they found me. Less than 30min later, they were on my car! I now have those tires on for a little less than 1000km and got no problem so far, I am actually very glad I have

I had an engine replacement for my Mazda 3, and it was my first time coming here. They took my car is very quickly and were able to get the job done in a few days. Throughout the whole job they called me several times to update me and be clear with everything they were doing and everything they charged me. When I had another issue with my car they took my car in immediately and were able to fix it. Overall I am very happy with the service, and the communication. Would highly recommend.

I came to Dial A Tire to have my work vehicle changed over to winter tires as well as an oil change. The service was great! The staff was very helpful and accommodating as I was trying to fit this service appointment between my work meetings. They were very quick with their updates on progress and weren't pushy as other shops tend to be. They arranged the approvals for new tires and the service was completed quickly with minimal disruption to my work day. Highly recommend them and will definitely be back again!

Great place! Came in with a flat that unfortunately couldn't be replaced due to damage. Aniz was very friendly and explained all the options very clearly, and was not pushy in any way! Ended up replacing all my tires since they were 7 years old anyways. They also found that Canadian Tire installed the wrong size tires on my car (they showed me the correct size listed on the sticker on my car, and actual size of the tire). Highly recommend!

I have had only positive experiences with this location. They did not try to oversell me when I thought I needed new brakes. Provided great prices on break work for my spouses car as well as used tires. They showed expert knowledge when I had issues putting my winter tires on and thought I needed new winter rims, (turned out it was the cheap lug nuts Canadian Tire sold me). They also provided great prices on new all season tires in the Fall and most recently new Winter tires in December.

Went to Dial A Tire because of all the great reviews and I was not disappointed! I had them change and store my tires and they were so friendly and their prices are extremely fair compared to other places in KW!
I also had an issue with one of my rims and they were very accommodating not only in giving me the number of someone who could get me a perfect match and deliver it to the shop for them to put on. So easy!
I will be taking all my business here. Finding a shop that doesn’t speak down to younger female customers or push unnecessary extras on you seems to be rare nowadays so when you find

I'm lazy and slow, and put off getting snow tires. So when I slid a bit more than I liked during the first snow, I gave Dial A Tire a call. They got me hooked up with snow tires in a couple hours, at a great price. I also got an oil change. Had my car back by lunch.
Staff was was great, nice and helpful.

I went to couple stores in KW looking at my options for new rims and winter tire set. Aniz was able to get me the best deal on a new set of Pirellis with 18 inch rims! He knew exactly what I was looking for and made great recommendations. Dropped my car off in the morning today, Aniz even gave me a call to give me an update while they were working on it and was super pleased with the new set. I'll be coming back here every season to switch out tires 😁

I can’t say enough about the people from Dial a Tire! I contacted them after a recommendation from Facebook because the window in our truck had fallen off the track. With it being winter and the Christmas season I was stressed out. Aniz was fast to respond to my messages and got us in right away. They got the window up and didn’t charge us a small fortune unlike what I was being quoted from other places. This company has our business going forward! Thanks again guys, you saved the day!

Such a great experience to have for a first timer. I've never had to take my Jeep in to do anything and was pretty nervous.
I was greeted as soon as I pulled into the lot and directed on where to park. I arrived early and they took my keys right away.
I was told that changing my tires could take an hour and a half to two hours. To my surprise it was done within an hour or so.
Awesome service from a great company. Looking forward to doing more business with them.
