Third Eye Martial Arts Taekwondo School has been helping members of all ages achieve physical coordination, agility, flexibility, strength, and endurance since 1998. We follow the World Taekwondo curriculum, which has been established by Kukkiwon (World Taekwondo Federation), hence our black belt students are recognized world wide.
The most important aspect in Martial Arts is discipline, which we strictly enforce in our classes. Children will build self-confidence, as they take on new challenges to further develop their character. As children learn the foundations of Taekwondo and the essentials of self-defense techniques, they will improve their strength, coordination and flexibility.
Yes, we are members of World Taekwondo Federation of BC & Canada, and Kukkiwon. We are a part of Via Sport, which is an organization that unifies all accredited sports groups in BC. We ask students to attend at the very least 2 times per week. Taekwondo is a progressive sport where you have to work for your next belt, and we find that coming once per week simply isn't enough for students to be ready for belt testing.

My daughter started three years ago, after a presentation in her school. She got some special offers with a free uniform and one free private lesson. So, for the last 3 years, she's there twice a week. I'm very happy with the progress that she made and the soft skills that she developed. She's more focused, her self confidence improved, she developed self-discipline and leadership skills. Her school grades are also better. I noticed the instructors are very friendly, great motivators and know how to deal with kids. I can't compare this studio with other taekwondo schools in

We had our sons 5th birthday party here, and I can’t speak highly enough of the instructors. They were engaging, patient and the kids really enjoyed their taekwondo experience!
They made the party set up and clean up so simple - and took care of everything.
Awesome place for a party and such a wonderful staff! My son also attends lessons here and thoroughly enjoys his classes!

A year ago I moved from Brazil to Vancouver and with me I brought my desire to keep practicing taekwondo. After searching for several schools around the city I found Third Eye Martial Arts. I sent an e-mail to them and not long after I got a reply from Master Saadati inviting me for a training day. Ever since the first day all the staff has been extremely helpful and friendly. The location in which I train (west 8th) is very well-equipped and clean. The prices are very good and the trainings are very well structured. I've only really trained taekwondo in two schools during my life but I have

I went for a trial class and got one-on-one with an instructor. Also got a free uniform. Their marketing policy is not to give any price information until after the trial class. When the numbers were revealed...yikes! Also you have to decide in advance what classes you will take and then you must stick to those. The minimum is 2 classes per week. Prices go up if you want more. I ended up returning the uniform and joining GoodLife instead because of price and flexibility. If you don't mind paying a bit more than gym rates, I think this would be a great place to train. The instructor was friendly
