Pre-natal treatments are important to help prepare your body for surviving the wonderful changes that happen during pregnancy and for birth. Swelling, Carpal tunnel, Sciatic pain, heart burn are common symptoms that can be alleviated through effective treatment. Also ever wonder how smoothly a baby can come out of the canal when your pelvis is rotated?
Roxanne started Mamma to Mommy Holistic Care in hopes to help pregnant women through their pains. She has additional training in pre/post natal but also massages the general public. The clinic is equipped with children's cribs, swings and toys so that busy families can get the healthcare needed without worrying about a babysitter.
It is important to wear loose fitting clothing to ensure there will be no restrictions during treatment. Initial appointment will be 45 min to give enough time to go through health history, full assessment and treatment. Follow-up appointment will be individually based not time based but typically is approximately 20 min.

My two month old has been dealing with spit ups since he was born, however it had gotten progressively worse over the last few weeks to the point where I wasn't sure if he was spitting up or throwing up. I went to see my family doctor and she assured me it was spit ups since he wasn't bothered by it and he was still gaining weight, so she had no concerns. I was still uneasy about the amount he was spitting up so I went to see Sofia and she fixed my little guy! He is now only spitting up little amounts at a time!

As a first time mom, there is so much that I am learning along the way. At my babies 1 month appointment, his pediatrician informed me that my son tends to turn his head only to the right and has a difficult time turning it the other direction. I started seeing Sofia a couple if years ago after hurting my back. I had tried physio, acupuncture and massage and wasn't feeling any better. It was suggested I try osteopathy and to be honest I was very skeptical.
