My family has had a great experience at Springbank Dental, Dr Luke saw my 2 year old for her first visit ever. She was nervous so a quick look at her teeth and talk about dental care and then the goody bag to finish to keep it a positive experience. The goody bag was the highlight of her day. I saw Dr Joey and felt confident in his abilities, he was thorough in his explanations and I felt that my family was in great hands. Noting things we would 'keep an eye on' and not pushing for a quick fix. They also offered solutions for previous issues with freezing should it come up again. Nancy the hygienist

Dr Luke is outstanding! He shares with you the details of what he is doing and why. I found him to be detailed, efficient and thoughtful. His assistant Stephanie is extraordinary, very attentive to anticipating the needs of the person laying in the chair and unable to speak. Always there for you to rinse and suction. Everyone in the clinic is wonderfully friendly and there is a lot of positive energy flowing through the clinic!

I cant believe Im saying this, but I now LOVE going to the dentist ! Both Dr. Luke and Dr. Joey are fantastic, and explain the procedures very well. The wonderful assistants ensure that I am always comfortable, and the front end staff are always friendly and able to accommodate my hectic schedule. Highly recommend this place, and, bonus points, lots of free parking!

By far the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental clinic. I went for a routine cleaning as a new patient and was treated with nothing but the utmost of kindness, warmth and professionalism. Sherilynn was incredibly informative, kind, personable and gentle, as was Dr. Szott. I received a full oral evaluation and comfortably felt like I was in the know the entire time. As someone with subpar dental experiences in the past, I am so happy to have found this clinic. Reviews don’t lie and I would recommend this clinic and their incredible team any day. One of the best dental offices I’ve visited ! The staff are always so friendly and quick to help out with anything and everything. When i needed help on my benefits, the team was so quick to help. Dr. Woo and his team are always very kind and checking in to make sure all is good during uncomfortable procedures. Definitely got rid of my dentist-phobia! :)

I am new to the area and wasn't sure who to go to for my dental needs. I popped in just to ask directions one day and knew that it was the place for me. The staff are so friendly and treated me with such care and patience, I felt that I was at home. Dr. Joey suggested a few treatment options, but I never felt pressured. I have made the right choice!

Dr. Joey Woo has been my dentist for many years and I've always had a great experience. The sleep appliance he made for me has worked fantastically to help stop my snoring. I get my teeth cleaned by Jo and she always does a great job and makes it painless!!! I highly recommend this place for all of your dental needs.

I had initially looked them up based on pediatric dentists that direct bill, and had evening hours. I ended up with Springbank Dental, and decided to book at meet and greet for my little guy. Not only did we get the chance to meet and greet, but they even had a "Fun" free introduction day for kids. They did the office up in Dr. Seuss theme, with a free goodie bag (including a full Dr. Seuss book!), tour of the dental chair and tools, face painting, craft stations and much more.

Springbank dental is within walking distance from home so when I needed a new dentist I decided to try them out. The front end staff are awesome, the dental hygienists and assistants are awesome, and the dentists Dr. Luke Szott and Dr. Joey Woo are awesome! I've seen both dentists and they are both super friendly, relaxed and knowledgable. The building it's self was built around 2005 I think so the office is new and clean. The staff are always super friendly and helpful; I called one evening to see if they could see me the next morning and they squeezed me in for a check up and a filling
